RULE XX — SUSPENSION OF RULES
These Rules of Order may be suspended by a two-thirds vote.
 
Rules derived from the Bylaws may not be suspended.
 
RULE XXI— EFFECTIVE DATE
 
These Rules of Order become effective upon adoption by the State Board of Directors.
