ARTICLE XXI – Governance Manual

The organization shall maintain a Governance Manual containing these Bylaws and such Rules & Order, Policies, Procedures, and reference materials as may be adopted by the Board.

Rules, Policies, Procedures, and Appendices may be adopted or amended by the Board unless otherwise specified in these Bylaws.

The Board may establish rules governing forms, procedures, and administrative instruments.

The manual may at some point, as determined by the Board of Directors, to put the manual online and make it the official storage location.

Procedures and Forms are subordinate to Policies and Rules of Order.”

In the event of conflict, these Bylaws shall control.
