RULE X — CHAPTER COMPLIANCE ACTIONS
When a chapter fails to meet BCHI operational or compliance requirements, the SBD may impose:
probation temporary activity suspension loss of voting privileges charter action (per bylaws)
Actions must be documented in minutes.
Restoration occurs after deficiencies are corrected.
