ARTICLE III – NON-DISCRIMINATION
Section 1. Statement
BCHI shall not discriminate in membership, governance, or programs on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, or disability.
BCHI shall comply with all applicable state and federal non-discrimination laws.
